Villa Agape is a new structure, which rises in Noto, in the province of Syracuse. Immersed in the uncontaminated oasis of Noto Marina, a few hundred meters from the sea and from the archaeological zone of Eloro, the villa was born as a holiday home complete with all the amenities to recreate a small haven of tranquility for your stay.
The villa, built following all the rules dictated by the complex seismic code is wrapped externally by white plaster Mediterranean type, characteristic of the area, with windows sealed thermal inserted in picturesque settings of sandstone (stone "giggiulena"). Surrounded by 1000 square meters of garden also allows parking your car in the private area. For added security the whole area is equipped with video surveillance system outside h24.
Villa Agape is the solution for you, so you can freely choose your own pace, when they have comfort and warmth.

Splendida vacanza
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa in 2 famiglie, 9 persone, la prima settimana di agosto. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort: 4 camere da letto ognuna con proprio bagno, tv e condizionatore; arredata con gusto e fornita di tutto quanto possa servire in una casa abituale, davvero eccezionale. Per non parlare della bellissima veranda esterna in cui abbiamo potuto rilassarci (anche grazie a delle comode amache) e mangiare tutti insieme a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Nel giardino ci sono tante piante profumate tipiche delle zone mediterranee. Anche se è sempre necessario l'utilizzo dell'auto, la posizione è ottima perché in meno di 5 minuti si raggiunge sia il paesino con relativi servizi che lo snodo del casello autostradale di Noto, e inoltre si soggiorna in totale tranquillità. Ultimo, ma non meno importante, la famiglia Vinci è sempre presente e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità e di una squisita gentilezza.

La Casa è bellissima curata nei minimi dettagli.
Siamo andati recentemente, eravamo 9 persone e siamo stati benissimo. La casa è fornita di tutti i confort ed è in una posizione strategica. Vicino le meravigliose spiagge della riserva di Vendicari e città indimenticabili come Noto, Siracusa e i luoghi di Montalbano. Da ritornare sicuramente grazie anche alla cortesia dei padroni di casa che ringraziamo
