Dimore Anny is a beautiful property, divided into four delightful apartments, just a few steps away from San Lorenzo’s beach, close to Marzamemi.

These recently restored apartments, consisting of a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, have their own independent entrance, parking space and private outdoor area equipped with garden furniture. The comfortable, well-proportioned interiors come with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sat-TV, washing machine, electric oven and bbq.

Ideal spot for relaxing beach holidays, the property is also an excellent base for excursions. The close Vendicari nature reserve, the characteristic villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero, the charming baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Syracuse are all a short drive away.

Loved it & hated to leave

The accommodation was even better than what we expected. Host was responsive & attentive. Grounds were immaculate, beautiful and so relaxing with all types of seating (loungers, couch, dining table, & 2 sets of casual seating) included. Kitchen had large fridge & everything you could want except for a microwave oven. Washing machine was clean and I loved being able to do my own laundry. Beach bags with beach towels were included. Nearby San Lorenzo beach was beautiful. Note - a car is a must-have here. Highly recommend this location.

Laura Maria was a super nice host and very helpful in providing tips for good restaurants and beach bars. She promptly responded to all our questions and needs. The property is beuftiful with a huge terace and garden and close to a very nice beach. The house is nicely furnished and very clean and have all needed ammentities. It is a good spot for relaxing after busy days of sightseeing.

comfortable house

We booked the house for beginning-mid of April. usually the temperature is higher in this area, but it was super fresh and windy. The air con in some rooms didnt have a heater, so we asked the manager for helping us. she reacted super fast and brought us a little heater for the room. the outside are is very big and had a lot of sitting corners. Unfortunately you never have a sunset in the big garden, because the house is oriented to the east. In total the house is super comfortable and well equipped. Thank you :-)
