This property was exceptional! Spacious, spotless and the views were amazing. We had a great weekend! Loved the decor and the balcony just steps from waves. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows and bedding. We hope to return to this place as soon as we can. Shaun was an attentive host and we appreciate his attentiveness. Highly recommend!

The property is in an excellent location - right on the beach. The amazing outside space is a real bonus. Like most rentals, it could do with a bit of TLC but it’s well equipped and very central to all amenities. Shaun was a pleasure to deal with.

What a lovely few days in your condo. We leave rested and wishing we had more time to spend there. The condo is bright and clean and maintained well which was such a nice thing. The “fancy” toilet paper was a nice surprise. Overall the only things we saw that needed attention were a few paint dings and a missing fan blade on the balcony. That is pretty good after a season of guests. The owner’s responsiveness to our needs (beach towels and noisy neighbors) was speedy and all was taken care of easily. We will recommend to friends and return if we’re in the area in the future.

Great location, comfortable condo.

Enjoyed a relaxing long weekend with my family. The location is wonderful, the porch views amazing. The condo was clean, cozy (thanks for all the throw blankets!), and had everything we needed. Shaun was excellent communicator and host. Will rent here again.

Great Time at the beach

Couldn’t have asked for a better beach spot and host! They were super responsive and thought of everything that we needed. I could walk to the beach in a matter of minutes and absolutely loved the view. This place is a treasure!

Wow, we found our Sanctuary!!

We will be back!!! This place checked all of the boxes!Comfort, cleanliness, views for miles, private, stocked,and just felt like were had a little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of life, yet we were only minutes from anything we wanted to do!!Having a covered patio/deck compared to our usual stay with a small noisy balcony was a change we did not know we needed!!!

Fun Trip!

Stayed here first week of March. Property/Building is older but in decent condition. Condo was well stocked with coffee/tea, soaps and shampoos. Owner provided very plush towels which was a plus! Will definitely consider for future rentals.

Great Place!

Great Condo in North Myrtle Beach.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. We had a wonderful time with a nice ocean view and great porch to relax on. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated many of the nice touches like thick towels, bathtub safety bars, beach towels and a well equipped kitchen.

Wonderful family getaway!

This place is a treasure!! Large bedrooms and nice living area. But that covered porch was the best!! We sat outside most of the time. Owner was quickly responsive to all questions. We’ll be back!
