We travel frequently(at least 8 times per year) and have stayed at many properties, including North Beach towers (homes). This stay was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived (late arrival, overnight shift at check in) it started. The man at check in was rude. No other words to describe other than just plain rude. Parking is not easy or convenient (plan an extra 20-30 minutes to get to your car and out of the parking garage as the two elevators to the parking garage are always full which leaves you waiting for quite some time. The pools are extremely overly crowded. The guy in charge of parking was also extremely rude. After being given a permit to park in the over size lot when we arrived, he sought me out the next day saying he was liking for me? (They had all contact information) when I approached my vehicle and told me he already tagged me and would tow or ticket if I didn't move the vehicle. The condo itself was ok, a bit dated and couches were filthy (literally visually dirty). Additonal children's utensils/plates would be helpful, as would basic necessities (scissors) to open something. On the positive size the frozen cocktails and bartenders are awesome! Not worth the price for all the aggravation with parking and accessing the building and Beach.
