Our condo features a neighborhood pool just steps away, plus access to the exclusive North Tower Pool. This stunning 15,000 square foot saltwater pool oasis comes with a massive hot tub, located right on the waterway at Barefoot Marina. Enjoy a fabulous restaurant poolside with marina views, excellent seafood, live music, and happy hour. A free shuttle during spring, summer, and fall conveniently takes you from our condo to the North Tower pool area and the beach.

Living Space:
The open floor plan of our living room flows into the dining area and kitchen. Relax after a day of sun and fun while watching TV or staying connected with our free Wi-Fi. Our private furnished balcony is the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon drink, overlooking the lake and enjoying the breeze while watching the birds and ducks.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Our home includes two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a private bathroom and a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has two twin-size beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping options, making our home ideal for families, friends, and golfers. A stackable washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

Barefoot Resort is famous for its amenities, including the North Tower saltwater pool and hot tub. The beach is only minutes away, with ample parking available. Within minutes of Barefoot Landing, you can enjoy live shows at the House of Blues and Alabama Theater, visit Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure, and more. * We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the 2nd floor, no elevator access.
*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Charcoal grill located by pool.
*Washer/Dryer located in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Two parking spaces provided in front of unit, no additional spaces available.
*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
*Barefoot shuttle runs from May-September.


Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
7. No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
