Great Condo and beautiful views

This condo is just as pictured. It was clean, updated nicely, the views were beautiful and it was quiet. I wish we had stayed longer!

Great Place for families

The place is clean. Staff are friendly and made us feel welcome. Spent time fishing from the shore, playing on the beach and everyone loved the many inside and outside pools and hot tubs. Felt very secure with their security guard walking around to make sure everyone was safe and no one was too unruly.

Family getaway

This was a great family getaway. Loved how close we were to the beach. Towel situation could have been better front desk was constantly out. Having to wait for pool towels Pots and and pans could use a refreshing. But other wise great place to stay with a huge family.

Yes! Booking again!!

The unit is comfortable and relaxing for our girls trip. We had plenty of space & enjoyed hanging out in the living area. The unit had minimal amount of cookware. If you plan to cook, bring a couple of your pieces from home. Our view was gorgeous both morning and night!

Parking was our biggest issue/complaint. We stayed in a condo for up to 14 ppl because ours was a family vaca. Did not agree with only 2 parking passes being provided as we had to take 3 vehicles to get everyone there and had to pay an additional $100 to park in a very crowded and small parking area. ( we have a Ford F250) Other than that, they need to have a designated smoking area with ash trays to cut down on all the cigarette butts on the sidewalks etc.

Family Thanksgiving

Our family decided to do something different for Thanksgiving this year. Great choice! Our unit was nice and clean everything was in place. It was just enough space for everyone. We h a blast! No complaints.

Ocean Front Paradise!

One of the best resorts for kids and teens with the multiple pools, hot tubs, and lazy river. Love the set up of the resort and how all rooms are ocean front. Easy check in with just steps to parking garage. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

Great family location.

We absolutely loved the Baywatch. The location is convenient, the condo was clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance was prompt when we had an issue with the toilet. The Baywatch comes with many amenities, including free dvd rentals, free mini golf daily, multiple pools both indoor and outdoor. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant but needs updating.

Check in was fine, lady was very friendly. Room was visibly clean from trash and dust but needs a lot of updating. The living room sofa and chairs were dirty and need replacing, we bought sheets to cover so we could sit on them. We thought the dinette chairs had a marble finish but it was actually dirt that came off when wiped with sanitizing cloths. The microwave was rusted and peeling on the inside and the counter tops were old and chipped. All in all, its just time for an update from the old, original contents of the condo considering that it is was the same rate as the other updated 3bed/3bath units.

FURNITURE IN NEED OF REPLACING

While the unit itself is ‘nice’, and the view amazing, the owners need to replace the furniture. The couch is listed as luxurious. It is NOT. It is old and very uncomfortable. It is like sitting on the floor. The unit has two side chairs, both are terribly uncomfortable, as well. The beds, ALL six of them are squeaky. You can’t get in or out of them without making noise. Some of them, sleeping together is impossible! You roll towards the middle. Sadly, in the evening, we used our beach chairs in the unit to sit on. The dining room table and chairs are originals, they were in the unit when it was built. I know, I used to own a unit, in Baywatch. At least give it a coat of paint! They’re very worn and dirty. The kitchen cupboards are all peeling and absolutely show their age. There weren’t a lot of dishes, or silverware for the six of us. One frying pan, and I never did find a cookie sheet. The basics, the egg flipper, vegetable peeler, knives, all unusable. We had to run the dishwasher everyday. Hardly well stocked. The stove, only two burners worked. All in all, while the basic unit is nice, the extras that the owners have control over, were in need of upgrades and replacements. I sincerely would not call this luxurious by any stretch, and until the owners make some well needed changes, I would not stay in this unit again.

Needs some upgrades

The complex is nice. Numerous pools, hot tubs, access to beach are all positives. The parking situation needs improvement. When renting a 3 bedroom condo, there should be allotted 3 parking spots not 2. When the condo says it will accommodated 12-13 people, there should be enough dishware for that number. The condo itself needs new furniture - beds are squeaky, sofa bed hard and furniture itself needs to be cleaned. The staff at the complex were all very nice, pleasant and accommodating. I would go back for the people and the amenitities but not rent the same condo.
