I believe this property was new. It was very clean, bright, and the rooms were organized well with plenty of outlets to charge devices. The bathrooms had big countertops and the showers had a shelf for your own toiletries.

Concert stay.

2 couples to check in to go to a concert. One room is ready and the other is not due to gold member in room with late checkout at 4. We had rooms booked since November. Seems this could have been addressed. Also sat at bar with a girl doing inventory that acknowledged us but never said bar didn’t open until 5 until we asked. No signage to indicate hours.

I like that it is located away from street noise. The front desk was helpful in sending me to a new room when the door lock was broken. I was not comfortable with a room opening to another room however. I did not ask to be changed at that point, although I'm sure they would have. I don't like that the fans can not be run fully without the heat or cooling being on. I do like the refreshment areas and it is very clean.
