Nestled among trees in a quiet neighborhood, it offers ample parking space and easy access to nearby walking and biking trails, as well as local dining options. Conveniently located just 17 minutes from Cedar Rapids Airport and less than 20 minutes from the University of Iowa Hospital, Kinnick Stadium, and Carver-Hawkeye Arena, this home is ideally situated.

The remodeled space includes two bedrooms and a half bathroom located upstairs, with each room furnished with a queen bed. The cozy full bathroom is situated on the main floor. All windows are equipped with blackout blinds. The charming living room features a smart TV, high-speed Verizon 5G Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests also have access to a parking space. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, as well as a private yard furnished with outdoor furniture for relaxation.

The house has a driveway on the left side that leads to the backyard, providing plenty of parking space and ensuring privacy. Free street parking is also available.

Well-kept older property but nicely set up for guests and very clean. Kitchen was well-stocked, though we didn't end up cooking there. My only issue was the lack of instructions from the owner (e.g., tv was complicated but no instructions), and we didn't know if there were things we were to do before checking out).
