I never stayed at this hotel before.....one night on the way to a family reunion. Very pleased at the look when i walked in. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet....the room attendant in the morning was very pleasant....my wife and I told her the room was very clean and it is a nice hotel...she thanked us and said God Bless You....i appreciated that. The breakfast was good and adequate....i stayed in a different hotel the last time i came to The Battlefords...i am so glad I Stayed at this one.

I asked for a luggage cart when checking out and the girl said they have four but said they are missing. She didn't help or offer any assistance. I checked the 4 hallways and didn't see any luggage carts in the hallways.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were all very friendly, and our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was pretty standard for hotel breakfasts, so no complaints at all. We were walking distance to a few restaurants for dinner. We didn’t use the pools or other facilities but looked nice enough. Would stay again if in the area.

Our room was dirty and really smelly however the manager gave us a different room very promptly even upgraded us. Customer service top notch. The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke which was a huge turn off. Breakfast was impressive. The hot tub had green scum around it at the waterline and made us itch really bad.

This hotel was everything we could want. The room was large and clean and comfortable. A hot breakfast was included, and had many options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was very good. We would definitely recommend it to others and would stay there again.

interesting to see evolution of this property since we stayed there on opening month, to our recent stay there; no king available so settled for double queen - very crowded room! adequate included breakfast but just hate those cheap useless knives etc.

Not a great sleep

We were really looking forward to date night. We never treat ourselves. We thought we would treat ourselves to a nice hotel with a good review. Unfortunately the bed wasn’t comfortable (the whole point). A king sized bed with awfull sized pillows that kept our necks really elevated the whole night. The whole other part of our trip was great except the sleep. This could be prevented by providing other pillow options. We truly did not have a good sleep and the drive back to Edmonton was not great due to lack of sleep.
