Had a 2 night stay for a business trip, didn't like the view I had from my room, so asked for a different room and received an upgrade which was perfect. Staff was really pleasant and helpful. Used the valet service and the guys working it were great!

I was disappointed cuz they gave my room I paid for to someone else, didn't have another room similar and because my family was all there for my sister wedding proposal they gave us a room that the doors inside was hanging and the bathroom shower kept running lightly and so on!! When asked for refund I was told it was nothing they could do so this hotel will never be approved by me
