Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Der Kamin ist super, vor allem bei kaltem Wetter. Der Eingang ist etwas eng, Eingangstür und Haustür bekommt man nicht gleichzeitig auf, vor allem schwierig wenn dort noch Schuhe stehen. Vielleicht mal den Bewohner der unteren Wohnung ein Schuhregal hinstellen?!?Besonders positiv ist die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin zu erwähnen. Wir wurden durch die laute Musik des anderen Mieters gestört. Nach Kontaktaufnahme hat sich die Vermieterin nicht nur blitzschnell gemeldet, sondern das Problem innerhalb einer halben Stunde behoben. Tolle Lage, einfach durch den Garten und die Dünen und schon ist man am Meer. Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Hund. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der wunderbaren Wohnung im Torbogenhuus. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und traumhaft gelegen direkt an den Dünen. Zum Strand war es nicht weit und auch einkaufen ging schnell und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!

Eine Woche mit Freunden

Wir haben zu viert (plus kleinem Zwergrauhhaardackel) den Jahreswechsel in der schönen Ferienwohnung Torbogenhuus Nr.5 verbracht. Die Wohnung in der ersten Etage ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, die man aber zusammenstellen kann, in einem Spitzbodenraum, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und TV, Küche mit allem was man braucht, ein kleines modernes Bad und ein Wohnzimmer mit großer gemütlicher Couch und einem Esszimmertisch. Unser persönliches Highlight war der Gaskamin, wo man sich prima nach langen Spaziergängen im davor stehendem Sessel aufwärmen konnte. Bedingt dadurch, dass sich die Wohnung unter dem Dach befindet, muss man sich ein bisschen vor den teilweise sehr schrägen Wänden in Acht nehmen. Auch konnten wir uns gut vorstellen, dass es im Sommer bestimmt sehr warm in der Wohnung wird.Die Lage ist klasse, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Strand, beim Bäcker und beim Inselmarkt Kruse.Einige Restaurants sind in der Nähe und das Stadtzentrum erreicht man nach ca. 30 - 40 Minuten Gehzeit, wohin man auch mit dem Bus fahren kann. Wir haben uns in der FW sehr wohlgefühlt und eine sehr schöne Zeit dort gehabt. Wir würden sie wieder buchen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist klasse. Sie entspricht der Beschreibung. Sie ist urgemütlich und aber doch modern. Die Betten sind bequem, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Durch das schöne Wetter, waren wir eh mehr unterwegs als in der Wohnung. Wir waren innerhalb von 5 min am feinen Sandstrand von Norderney, eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und ein Fahrradverleih sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke. Für uns war es perfekt (Ehepaar mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern und Hund), wir kommen wieder und werden uns wieder für diese Ferienwohnung entscheiden.

Tolle Wohnung - ruhige Lage strandnah

Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und funktional eingerichtet. Trockner und Waschmaschine sind ein großes Plus. Man ist mit dem Fahrrad in 6 Minuten in der Stadt oder in der Surfschule. Bäcker und Inselmarkt in 2 Gehminuten. Den Strand erreicht man über die Dühne direkt vor der FeWo. Check-in und Check-out unproblematisch. Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig) in 3 Gehminuten. Dauermieter (?) unter der FeWo sehr nett, allerdings Raucher. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, hat uns das aber nicht besonders gestört. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Gute Lage, Platz recht knapp

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit gerade ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. (Für 6 Personen, wie ausgewiesen, jedoch vom Platz nicht ausreichend.) Das Ehebett im Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr ungünstig ungünstig direkt unter der tiefen Dachschräge platziert, so dass man ca. 40cm des Bettes kaum nutzen kann, wenn man über 1,75m groß ist. Da sollte das Platzkonzept nochmal überdacht werden. Die Lage ist natürlich kaum besser zu treffen. 2 Gehminuten bis an den Strand mit Toiletten und Spielplatz. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fahrradverleih und ein gutes Lokal in direkter Umgebung. Da kann man nicht meckern. Sauberkeit im Objekt auch größtenteils in Ordnung, leider war das Waschmittelfach der Waschmaschine angegammelt und die Wäsche roch nach dem Waschen auch muffig. Ärgerlich, wenn man extra mit weniger Kleidung anreist. 2x Smart-TV + freies Wlan sind vorhanden, das war super. Der schöne Gas-Kamin ist gerade bei Schietwetter natürlich auch sehr angenehm. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft, die leider am Schlafkomfort für Eltern zu wünschen übrig lässt. Die Waschmaschine sollte evtl. mal gespült oder ersetzt werden. Und wenn der Untermieter nicht durchgängig kiffen würde, könnte man auch mal durchlüften ;)

Moderne und gemütliche Dachgeschoßwohnung

Die Wohnung hat gemütliche Schrägen und ist sehr großzügig. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden für einen stressfreien Urlaub. Der Blick vom kleinen Balkon auf die Dünen ist herrlich, die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, zum Strand sind es wenige Meter.Bis zum Kurpark läuft man etwas eine halbe Stunde, aber um die Ecke fährt auch ein Bus. Bis zum belebteren Nordstrand mit Surfcafe /Veranstaltungen am Abend läuft man 20 Minuten. Als Paar hatten wir viel Platz, für eine Familie mit Kindern reicht es auch mit Sicherheit. Unds hat es gut gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder!

Gemütliche Wohnung direkt am Strand

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gefallen. Sie war gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. auch Babybett und Stuhl für unsere Kleine waren vorhanden. Die Betten waren ziemlich hart, aber vollkommen ausreichend. In Küchenzeile, Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer hat nichts gefehlt. Lediglich eine richtige Tür für das Badezimmer hätten wir uns gewünscht. Die Lage direkt an den Dünen ist top, direkt um die Ecke sind Fahrradverleih, Bushaltestelle, Bäcker und Edeka. Lediglich in die Stadt ist es ein relativ weiter weg, und der Bus fährt nicht allzu oft. Wir würden aber definitiv wieder in die Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen :)

Der Aufenthalt auf Norderney war sehr schön, die Lage der FeWo war top. Ebenso die Ausstattung. Allerdings ist das Platzangebot im 2. Schlafzimmer und im Bad zu gering für 4-6 Personen. Für den Preis hätte ich das nicht erwartet.
