Da wir hervorragendes Wetter hatten, war die Ferienwohnung soweit Ok. Es ist jedoch völlig unverständlich, warum der Vermieter den defekten und aufgeschlitzten Drehstuhl nicht zum Sperrmüll gibt und die Gardinen im Wohnraum erneuert!!

Völlig zerschlissener Fernsehsessel,(wurde bereits Januar 23 gemeldet). ausgerissene Gardinenhaken an den Dachfenstern, Rauchmelder demontiert, durchgelegene Matratze, Fernsehsender nicht programmiert, Klingel defekt, defekte Glühbirne im Bad, ungepflegter Eingangsbereich, schlechte Kommunikation mit Vermieter, von Vermieter die Aufforderung bekommen, die Wohnung zu verlassen. Die Ferienwohnung sollte öfter mal überprüft werden. Erholungswert gleich Null

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich sehr zäh. Die Wohnung ist, wie beschrieben, an der ein oder anderen Stelle renovierungsbedürftig. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

Gute Lage, Ausstattung u. Kommunikation schwierig

Lage wirklich top, Bett/Matratze sehr gut, Check in über Zahlencode erst kurz vorher u. auf Fragen wird erst nach erneuter Mail geantwortet . Kaputter Sessel/aufgerissenes Leder, Tür vom Eisfach im Kühlschrank rausgebrochen u. nicht mehr vorhanden, dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank, Geschirrspülmaschine scheint defekt zu sein: Geschirr kam nicht sauber raus, mussten wir also per Hand spülen. Schade. Insgesamt müsste hier mal mehr geputzt werden. Betten waren bezogen u. Handtücher lagen bereit, das war prima.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentralen und dennoch ruhig. Zu wünschen übrig lassen jedoch sowohl Sauberkeit als auch Kommunikation. Bedauerlicherweise war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft nicht gesäubert. Telefonisch konnten wir niemanden erreichen, jedoch wurde auf unsere schriftliche Nachricht sofort reagiert.

Leider ziemlich „abgewohnt“

Insgesamt ist es ein schönes Appartement in einer super Lage. Allerdings war die Einrichtung sehr „abgewohnt“. Ein zerrissener Sessel und Jalousien, die sich fast auflösen tragen definitiv nicht zum Wohlfühlen bei. Auch das Badezimmer war ungepflegt und von roch sehr nach Urin und faulig. Schade!

Ganz Nett

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral aber dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Fußgängerzone und Strand sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und alle Gebrauchsgegenstände die man zum kochen benötigt sind vorhanden. Handtücher und Fön sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieter lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig da sie quasi nicht existiert hat. Die Dusche und der Duschkopf waren sehr dreckig. Wenn man das erste Mal in die Wohnung kommt erschlägt einen der Geruch von altem Holz. Mit der Zeit gewöhnt man sich daran.

Tolles Appartement in guter Lage

Tolles Apartment in guter Lage, aber leider etwas „lieblos“ gepflegt, daher nur 3 Sterne. Bei einem Bettbezug war der Reißverschluss defekt, das andere hatte Risse, ein Küchenhandtuch fehlte und die Haustüre sowie das Oberlicht unseres Küchenfensters hat auch schon lange keinen Lappen mehr gesehen. Schade, sonst wären es 4 Sterne. Eine Kommunikation mit der Agentur war mangels Kontaktdaten nicht möglich und mit dem Reinigungspersonal haben wir keine gemeinsame Sprache gefunden. Für einen 5. Stern müsste noch etwas an Mobiliar und Küchenausstattung nachgebessert werden.

Vernünftige Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und der check in unkompliziert. Wir haben festgestellt, dass in der Küche leider einige Dinge fehlten. Es ist kein Backofen vorhanden, das fanden wir sehr schade. Eine Schüssel gab es, diese war allerdings deutlich zu klein. Es wäre schön, wenn im Inserat auch erkennbar ist, dass es Handtücher und Bettwäsche gibt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war quasi nicht möglich. Wäre etwas gewesen, wären wir etwas aufgeschmissen gewesen.

Norderney for ever

Das Storchennest in der Ferienschmiede hat Atmosphäre und die Betten sind super gemütlich! Es wäre nice, wenn die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien etwas umfangreicher und schöner wäre, es fehlen Schüsseln, Aufbewahrungsdosen etc. und vor allem große Kaffeetassen! Insgesamt: Gerne wieder! :-)

Direkt im Ort und trotzdem Ruhe pur

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon mal da. Echt schön. 3 Minuten zum Wasser, 3 Minuten zum Kurpark, 3 Minuten zur Fußgängerzone und zum Restaurant nur wenige Sekunden. Wir lieben diese kleine Wohnung

Gut bis sehr gut.

Das Objekt befindet sich im Stadtzentrum von Norderney, sämtliche Örtlichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich, Porzellan, Koch-Utensilien und Besteck sowie ein Toaster und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden.

Auf den ersten Blick wertig und gediegen, zeigt sich die Wohnung auf den zweiten Blick in einem technisch abgerockten Zustand: Polsterung des Lesesessels zerrissen, Kaffeemaschine defekt, Toaster defekt, mehrere Leuchten defekt, Küchenausstattung völlig lückenhaft - wer hier kochen will, hat verloren, Duscharmatur defekt etc.. Man merkt: hier wird nur lieblos Kasse gemacht ...

Nette Wohnung, leider viele kleine Mängel....

Man merkt, dass sich schon länger niemand mehr intensiv um diese Wohnung gekümmert hat: Diverse ausgefallene Glühbirnen, Batterie der Fernbedienung leer, Knopf an der Gardinenleiste abgefallen und man hat keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Auch nach der Buchung bekommt man nur eine Antwort auf eine Mail, wenn man sich bei fewo direkt beschwert. Die Wohnung ist o.k., aber leider vernachlässigt. Ansonsten top sauber und gute Lage.

Ganz gut

Das Bett und die Halterung der Duschbrause ist kaputt und wir mussten 2 Nächte auf dem Balkon schlafen. Es war sehr sauber und sobald die Nachricht gesehen wurde, kam ein Schreiner und hat das Bett repariert. Ansonsten war es sehr schön und die Lage ist perfekt um alles zu erreichen.
