BESSERUNG FÜR DEN AUENTHALT
Der erste Eindruck war nicht sehr gut , die Betten waren total durcheinander . Die Bettwäsche musste einzeln zusammen gesucht werden und die Betten selber bezogen werden. Die Mülltonnen waren voll und sind völlig verdreckt.Die Karte für die Müllabfuhr ist völlig unleserlich,kein Hinweis,dass der Gast die Tonnen vor die Tür stellen soll. Bitte xdie Anleitung und Info für Gäste neu schreiben.

Sehr schöne ruhige und Zentrale Lage, ABER ....
Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, aber dennoch sehr Zentral. Gute Parkmöglichkeit und normale Ausstattung. Sehr schöne nicht einsehbare Sonnenterrasse mit gemütlicher Sitzmöglichkeit. Die 2 Schlafzimmer waren für uns von Vorteil. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer und Küche.
ABER: Vor Ort leider keinen Ansprechpartner, in der Garage türmt sich die Wäsche von einigen Vormietern. Im Wohnzimmer wurde dann saubere Wäsche gefunden.
Im ganzen Haus sehr viele Spinnweben und Staub auf der Erde. Endreinigung ???
Wer ist für die Mülltonnen zuständig ? Restmülltonne stand voll vor der Türe und wurde nicht geleert, wir hatten dann laut Abfuhrplan die gelbe Tonne rausgestellt, die wurde aber nicht geleert, da sie an der falschen Strassenseite stand. (Können wir nicht wissen) Heizungssteuerung war nur durch probieren herauszufinden. Der Schlüssel von der Terrassentür wurde nur durch zufall 2 tage später gefunden und das Rollo wurde von mir repariert, da jemand 4 leisten verschoben hatte, wodurch das Rollo nicht herabgelassen werden konnte.
FAZIT: Eine dennoch schöne Unterkunft die wir wieder buchen werden, da wir jetzt die dortigen Gegebenheiten kennen. Aber die Kommunikation und Information seitens des Vermieters ist stark optimierungsbedürftig.
