While the house was in a geographically desirable location, it was in a somewhat run-down neighborhood, and not what I’d expect from a “vacation” rental. Due to that, I was not comfortable staying for the week, so I can’t really judge the other amenities of the home. I can say that it appeared to be very clean. It may be acceptable for others, but just not what I hoped to have for a week of vacation.

The house was nice, it was a cute retreat. We had some issues, but that wasn’t a big deal. My only real concern was the area, I felt like the neighborhood was a little sketchy, we were traveling with our 85 year old mother and she felt a little unsafe. The area seems to be growing and maybe that will make the neighborhood feel more welcoming and safe. The host was excellent, they responded to any of the concerns. Again the house was great, We were local to beaches and all. But three woman traveling alone, and we are from the city was a little overwhelming.
