During my four-month stay, I had ongoing concerns about management and property setup. A studio attached to the main house was rented out weekly, and while most renters were pleasant, there were issues with one renter repeatedly misusing the jacuzzi. Despite notifying the management company, little was done to address the situation.As a single female staying long-term, having a constantly changing, attached rental raised safety and privacy concerns. Management also refused to notify me when new renters were arriving or departing, which was unsettling. I often ended up having to show incoming renters how to operate the lights, jacuzzi, and other amenities—something that should have been handled by management.With better communication, clearer boundaries between units, and more proactive management, this property could be improved. As it stands, I would not recommend it for long-term stays, especially for solo renters.
