-In the kitchen: the property offers a grill for roasting, 3 coffee machines (Italian, Nespresso, and a built-in coffee machine designed to make freshly ground coffee from coffee beans, with coffee available), ice, milk, orange juice, sugar, sweetener, extra virgin olive oil, Modena vinegar, salt (regular, Maldon, and Himalayan pink salt), spices, and mineral water.

- Large outdoor swimming pool with newly installed whirlpool in operation, forming a waterfall to the pool. Pool with natural chlorine sea water and neutral pH, ideal for sensitive skin, atopic skin, children, etc.



- Swimming pool with multicolored led lights to choose and a whirlpool attached.
