I paid 100 cash at the property at that time I had no idea it was actually a deposit nobody told me when I was checking in or out that I was supposed to get my 100 back , after I left I realized that my card was also charged for 100 I called multiple of times I was told my 100 was there and i had to come back to the property to get it , I told them am an international and I had no way of coming back if there is any other way that I could get my money back they took my information and said they would contact me with information on how to get my deposit back it has been 2 days and I have not heard from them since . I think it is very unprofessional and I won’t stop until my money is returned to me

I would not choose this hotel again for my stay to visit my daughter at Eglin A.F.B. 3 nights and no housekeeping service. The front desk staff did tell me that if we needed anything to just ask, but it was not the level of service I am accustomed to. The room and bathroom floor was wet and damp all the time. The pillows, linens, and our clothes stayed uncomfortably damp--they felt like they were just taken out of the washing machine. The hotel seems to be a place where people live and pay a weekly or monthly rent and the guys outside drinking beer by the pool morning, noon, and night made us uncomfortable. At some point during the middle of the night, people were smoking marijuana and it wafted into our room through the vents I guess. Only on the last day when I went in to check out did I grab a cup of coffee at the breakfast area. It appeared very clean and had the usual yogurt, cereal, waffles, bagels, and coffee. It was nice and sufficient. Pay a little more and stay at one of the nicer hotels along the same road. There is a Best Western, Holiday Inn, Home 2 Suites, TownPlace Suites, and more nearby.
