It’s all about convenience! This very clean, nicely furnished house is really only a few blocks from the main drag of Niagara Falls. Nestled in a residential neighborhood, there is adequate parking as well as a nice backyard/patio space. A large bedroom with attached bathroom on the main floor made it ideal for the grandparents while thee bedrooms, each with queen beds, and a full bath upstairs upstairs and a large bedroom in the basement level was ideal for the girl cousins. A couple of suggestions: hole in the floor at the bottom of the stairs to the basement needs to be covered. The girls stubbed their toes on the edge several times. The house sleeps 10 but only had chairs for eight!

The house was as described. The rooms were good size and met our needs. The weather did not cooperate to allow us to walk to the Falls or the Clifton Hill area, but they were very close.The communication with the owner was not the best. It took several hours to get a response even with the check in information.It was a comfortable place for a multigenerational group to enjoy time together with their own space when needed. The convenience of location was great.
