Always a great stay!

My family and I come to Niagara Falls quite often because we live close and we really enjoy it and to find a hotel that is close to Clifton Hill that is not overly expensive is a bonus. The Howard Johnson is clean, cozy and the pool is heated! The rooms have a fridge and a microwave and parking is $25. Some other hotels that have fall view are nice but you’re waiting a very long time for elevators parking can be $70 plus per night and you have to take the TAXI to go places.

The room is okay, but it didn’t smell fresh when we arrived. It’s also a bit cold, and the blankets are too thin for the temperature. Additionally, you can hear noise from outside.

We would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Niagara Falls. Employees were all welcoming and friendly. Hotel was clean and appeared well kept. Our room was just awesome and the jacuzzi tub was a must have after a day of walking around. Will be booking again.

Have previously stayed here numurous times ... The room we stayed at this time number 512 ... We opened the door and it was a instant smell of what was like dirty dog or wet dirty carpet mixed.... It was gross.... At some point you have to stop trying to sace money and renovate the hotel.... The pool needs maintenance as does jacuzzi .... the carpets needs to be ripped out throughout the whole hotel.... Just wish the owners would care a bit more... In high season they have the ordacity to charge 300 plus a night ... To be clear unless its new years eve this hotel is a max 200/night for the best room... Be reasonable with the prices !

I love this hotel as its our second time visiting, it wasnt as good as the first time given we were assisgned a room that was on the first floor.. so we heard everyone going in and out of the building.. and just overall noises that u wouldnt normally hear in a higher level room. We tried asking for another room in the higher levels but no luck sadly! But overall good expereince for the price! Will prob come again !
