The stay was great. I got upgraded on my room, so that was a nice surprise! Great view. Quiet. It’s about a mile from the heart of the action, but a beautiful walk to get there!

Lovely Beach Hotel in Nha Trang

Really lovely clean modern hotel. I think every room has a sea view. Staff always ready with a smile to assist you. Daily room service who always replenish the shower gel, shampoo etc. they have thought of everything you may have forgotten to pack. Reception Staff can arrange taxis for you. They also are helpful with the area. any questions at all really. Get a daily discount for the beach area with comfy sun-beds, towel and huge umbrellas for shade right at the waters edge. Also a daily discount if you want to eat next door. What a choice of seafood there. If you want to try the Vietnam culture while having a restful beach holiday this Hotel is ideal. The hotel only caters for a buffet breakfast that has an egg station and soup station too. Soo delicious. the choice of fruit and all different meats, rice, salads breads jams to so many dishes to try your taste buds on with so many different spices etc. Just a short taxi ride is the busy centre with shopping malls, markets and European Restaurants too. We loved our stay at this welcoming Hotel and hopefully will return.

Hotel is in a good location just across from the beach. They need to concentrate on cleaning the shower as it had black mold around the grout and edges of the tile. Staff was kind and helpful.

The hotel was not well cleaned. There was vomit left by the lift door for 3 days without being cleaned. The breakfast was well below average and was often without, clean cutlery, glasses and even food was emptied and not replaced. The hotel is certainly not 4 star, and was a huge disappointment. The hotel caters well for Russian customers but not for any other Westerner. Would not recommend.

the place was pretty bad. the location was very out of the way from things. the hotel needs fine tuning. our room had some odor that we had to air out the room. check in process was pretty long. we had to wait awhile until finally getting our key. it was very noisy and breakfast buffet was busy.

Like stsff nsmed phoung was excellent Did not kije that they did not accept Canadian dollars currency nor usd old 100 dollar notes in cash. Hsd to pay by credit card. They should post on website. Awesome hotel

Brand new hotel, across the street from the beach. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the busy area of Nha Trang, so it's not super busy. The staff was amazing, they were very accommodating and always willing to help. A nice touch was a handwritten welcome letter in the room as well as a Thank you letter at the end of our stay. The hotel also provided a plate of fresh fruit in the room upon check in. A great place to stay.

Lovely hotel far away from the busy side of the beach which I appreciated. I was upgraded on check-in and the 18th floor room was spectacular, the views from balcony and windows during the morning/evening were just great. Also enjoyed the pool and motorbike rental facilities. The only poor element was the breakfast which was very confused and overall awful.

It was great until the Chinese showed up

Hotel is Awesome but so noisy due to the Chinese people behaving badly which damaging the hotel conditions. The hotel management needs to post warning signs for keeping the noise down in Chinese languages.

Walking distance to the beach

We liked this hotel. It is, like many others, located a few minutes walking distance to the beach. It would be even better if they provided umbrellas for the guests to sit by the beach and enjoy the magnificent view of the ocean. We loved this place and we would definitely come back. The staff is super friendly and kind.

Lovely hotel and helpful staffs!!

Three of us were holiday and stayed 3 nights. It was great experience to stay this fresh new hotel. Also they kindly upgraded our room and the staffs were very kind and helpful. The only drawback was the location where was a little far from beach and major shopping area. We recommend to other visitors.
