Supper location. Right in the middle. Interesting decor. Newly renovated. Pool is covered elegant and breast. Gym!!!! You would not believe 2 stories! Plus a yoga room

The staff took note that we are vegan and ensured a special meal was prepared for us everyday at breakfast. They went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. They also were very helpful in finding things in the area and were receptive to requests we had and addressed them promptly.

Good location and services hotel in Nha Trang

It was amazing that we got automatically upgrade to a better room with a good view of the city. The manager and staff were very friendly and polite. They provided very good information and recommendations for our sight seeing trips in the city. We shall come back next time travelling to Nha Trang.

Beautiful Hotel; 5 minute walk to the beach

A beautiful hotel very close to the beach! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They helped us with several things! Also, the complimentary breakfast was phenomenal! I've never had so many choices for breakfast in my life! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nha Trang!

The power went out 5 times when we were there for 3 days. Room is small and crowded with unnecessary items. The hallway is dark and smells. Compare to Da nang, Ho chi minh, and other 4 star hotels, this one should be 2 star only.

Good value for money, nice view at the restaurant

Staff were friendly, especially Mr Nguyen, the gentleman at the activity desk. He was eager to suggest activities for us, and showed genuine care that we enjoyed our holiday there. We especially liked the restaurant at the top floor, where we could get a nice view of the city and also the sea, while enjoying our meals. Breakfast buffet has a good variety. Ala carte menu offering is also quite good, as well as the buffet dinner. Additionally, the family room offering is really great for families, we can all stay in the same room instead of in separate rooms, although it's a little bit cramped on the side of the king bed. The only missing thing is the attention to details, e.g. not enough shower cream provided for a family room meant for 4 occupants. Also, the cleaner in the restaurant can be a bit more sensitive to patrons, being swept at the feet is actually a big taboo for Chinese people.
