The review rankings and stars are correct. The hotel front is the picture you would expect but from there on in it’s nothing special. For the price paid it is well below par. The rooms need renovating, the fridge is missing and no water or bar if needed. Basic shower gel but no conditioner or body lotion etc…Even premier inn is better equipped and half the price.The public bar was dirty and unattended and having leant on both bar and table I needed to change my top worn due to wet areas. Finally if you’re going to have an office DO NOT PUT IT OPPOSITE A BEDROOM AND THEN HAVE A SOCIAL MEETING AT 6.30am!! Would I recommend? NO, go elsewhere and save £100.00

Great stay but could do better.

Family room size and facilities were fantastic but spoilt by poor signal on TV, very tired/marked carpets, and hotel in general was too warm. Pool was great. Bar/Restaurant was good and staff friendly but drinks service was very slow and not worth the service charge added to the bill.

On arrival, the staff are all very welcoming and helpful and this continued throughout the stay. Room was warm and comfortable although probably due for a modernisation especially the bathroom which felt a little dated. No complaints whatsoever with the food, both the evening meal and breakfast were very good. Would stay again if in the area

We stayed 2 nights Thursday & Friday half board. The room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast & evening meal, food and service fantastic. Pool, sauna & steam room perfect.
