The property was okay for a few nights. Older building and not very sound proof so if you are looking for quiet, I dont this is a good fit. Its close to beach and restaurants and the staff was nice. Room was clean.

The hotel itself was great and the proximity to things was good. Our room was amazing with a good view annd the two king beds were anwesome. Unfortunately it was very loud. We were near the elevator and a loud group came back and woke us up around 2 am. That lasted about 30 minutes and then at 7:30 am, the cleaning staff were stationed outside of our door and talked loudly until we left at 9 am. I would recommend the hotel but I would request a different location.

Can hear the people above us.. their whole conversation, TV and even when they went to the bathroom…ewww. No insulation. Room was okay. Bathroom was dated and mirror was falling off the door. The fire alarm went off when I used their blow dryer! The plus was the water was very hot which was nice. And it was a good location. Could walk to the beach and cliff walk!

Our shower was broken and had to be repaired. We were visiting for a weekend wedding celebration and this made things difficult for being on schedule. Our supplies for toilet paper and tissues was very low. I believe these are essential and should have more than just a half box of tissues and one roll of toilet tissue. The workers were kind and most helpful even though the issues should not have happened.

We came to the hotel on the recommendation of a friend and we were pleased with our stay. The hotel is so charming, unlike chain hotels. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We had a great view and were steps from restaurants, the beach and an ice cream shop.Newport was a quick drive and the Cliff Walk was minutes away. I would definitely return.

We were disappointed with our room at check in. It was definitely not a remodeled room as shown on the website. However, Milton, who checked us in, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The location is great! close to the beach and cliff walk. Everything was very clean and staff was exceptional.

Clean, updated hotel in a great location. It was about a 5 minute ride from downtown Newport and across the street from Easton's Beach. We walked everyday to the beach so no need to pay for parking. The hotel staff were so helpful and the room was clean and modern. Would definitely stay again!

The room at the Atlantic was perfect! I thought the mattress and bedding were clean, crisp and comfortable! It had a wonderful sea view and it was situated in such a convenient location to the beach, restaurants, the Cliff Walk, etc. The staff were super friendly and accommodating! The sun terrace had a great view and it was quite spacious, relaxing and it had very nice chaise lounges and other furniture. My only recommendation would be to have a rack of weights in the exercise room. I would definitely recommend it!

Clean and very nice location. Nice parking and easy to go to places in Newport. The receptionist upgraded my room and was so helpful and kind. The room they upgraded me was specious, and it had a nice view of the pond. I recommend this place and I will be back.
