Wonderful weekend stay!
We had the best time celebrating the weekend with a group of 12! We rented both unit is and it was spacious, clean and conveniently located to the beach. We were greeted by Rollo when we arrived who showed us around the house and gave us some tips for things in the area. I would highly reccomend this location or any of their properties

Perfect location and cute property
As a family of 8 adults and 4 kids (all between the ages of 1-6), this location and property was perfect. We rented the upper and lower unit. The upper units had air conditioning, while the lower did not, although many fans are there just incase. We’ve never gone to the beach so much! Because of the location, we were able to immediately wake up and go to the beach, come back for breakfast, go back to the beach, the. Come back for lunch and naps, then go back before dinner. Kids and adults enjoyed it. We loved being able to sit outside together in the cool weather. Property itself had everything needed and easy to find. Couldn’t thank the property manager enough for all the support and communication. The most challenging was parking, but easy enough if you have patience and willing to walk. All expected for the location. Amazing! And thank you.

Great place by the beach and clean
We rented both the top and bottom and loved our stay. It was just down the street from the beach and very clean. Bikes and beach toys were a nice extra and lots of fun. Thanks Sheryl and Richard for a great stay.

House was clean and beds were comfortable! House is close to beach, bike path, grocery store, and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was a nice touch. Rollo met us upon arrival to walk the place and offer insight during our stay, and we rcvd a text from Sheryl a couple days in just to make sure we were comfortable and if there was anything that needed attention. Neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location ~ super clean~ great patio
This is the best beach house we’ve stayed at! We usually are one house from the beach but this house is such a short walk it did t matter at all! Rollo was great getting us checked in. The bikes were so much fun And there were plenty of towels and linens. We are a big family and we’re all comfortable. Thanks Sheryl and Richard and happitravels!!!!! We highly recommend this place!!!!

Fun location and good but not great for Lei-Out
The property has a great location, few minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to the Lei-out fields, and very bikeable if people prefer that. Slept plenty of people, but we didnt use the pullout beds and sleeping on the couches were easier. Couple food sports are very close as well. The property managers where very quick to respond to any messages. The houses are very close together and some of the neighbors are not friendly at all. Had a neighbor bash on the door late in the evening because we were playing board games to loud, and she was swearing so fast no one could even say sorry to her for being to loud. She then called the managers who needed me to be woken up because the people already awake after the tirade did not book the place, even though they did check in to it. This is the first time anything like this happen to us despite playing many tournament around the country. Overall I would recommend this to small to medium size families but not to wedding parties or anyone that might be social past 1:30-02:00 am.

Lovely California Beach House
Spent our family reunion on Balboa Island in November. It was a charming location to feed and house 11 adults and 3 kids. One block from the beach and a short drive from many attractions which gave us endless recreational opportunities. There were a couple of minor circumstances that required contact with Sheryl (the property manager) as well as the owner; they had prompt replies and rapid solutions. They ensured that our time was not spoiled by any issue. Thank you everyone at HappiTravels for making our vacation special!

Fantastic Location and House In Newport
My family of nine spent a week in the upper and lower unit of this house. What a great time we had. Only a few seconds to an amazing beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Michelle and Rollo were so easy to work with. Rollo walked us through the entire house showing us how everything worked. The house has everything you need. I will rent from Michelle again. I strongly recommend the house!
