Absolutely loved the place and will return. Better than the photos show. Outstanding host with excellent communication. For the money, a great value. From the front patio you can look down the street and see the ocean, and it is a super easy walk to not only the beach, but an excellent grocery store, a Chipotle, Mama D’s (best Italian fiid I have ever had), and much much more. Garage space is a little tight for my Honda Ridgeline truck, but was fine. Wifi works great (worked remotely some of the time). Has a single wall unit air conditioner which we only needed for about an hour on an unusually warm day, but nights with windows cracked left the bedrooms a perfect and nice cool temp. Has a nice tiled shower that is very powerful. Kitchen fully stocked, has a full sized normal AND Kureig coffee makers (plenty of filters also provided). Plenty of towels, great TV channels and could stream from your own major services. Has a nice little grassy dog run so it is easy to have your pet, plus has both front and rear fenced patios. I have stayed at dozens and dozens of VRBOs and this is in my top few favorites for sure. Sure, it is an older beach house, so do not expect it to be the Four Seasons, but for the money you cannot beat this for a clean and comfortable place that is steps to the beach and in one of THE nicest areas in the country. Oh yes, the area is super safe, no beach bums (to be direct), just lots of nice and affluent folks live and stay in the area. A!
