Relax and enjoy nature, wildlife and starry skies on this sprawling estate 7 minutes from Buttermilk Falls State Park, Robert Treman State Park, and 15 minutes from Ithaca. The home is newer with all of the modern comforts, yet set on a historic farm with a pre-civil war barn as a backdrop on one side and endless fields and rolling hills on the other.

1 king bed and 2 queen beds in 3 bedrooms provide ample, comfortable space for groups or to provide a quiet workspace. Fast wifi in every room, new appliances, new smart TVs and HE washer and dryer provide all the conveniences of home. Enjoy morning coffee on the covered porch, dine on the deck, or stay cozy inside the spacious house with plenty of space to work, play or relax.
