We always enjoy staying at Crown on Darby. Spacious room with small workable kitchen, comfortable bed and nice size bathroom. Lighting in the bathroom could improve. The apartments are close to many restaurants and walkable to a number of city areas.

The one bedroom spa apartment was excellent! Plenty of room, multiple lounges, wonderful dining table and chairs, well-appointed kitchen, two balconies, easy parking, comfy bed and good parking. So many dining options in the area all within walking distance. Highly recommend the stay and we will be back!

Generally ok but when they didn’t bother to service my room when it was due or even after I told them it wasn’t done I cancelled my second week & found somewhere else. When you have to carry your own bin to reception & ask for a new bin bag it’s pretty shabby.

Check in process was terrible. Reception was closed when we arrived - closed at 5pm. Placed on hold when trying to check in my phone. Required to upload licence and credit card information despite the fact that the room was already paid for. Codes did not work to access the building. Took mulitple phone calls. A passweby on the street noticed out dilemma and reinforced taht others had expressed concern regarding this process. Took over an hour. Room itself was OK but the check saga spoiled our stay.

Good location

The location and condition of the property were very good. Unfortunately, we found our bed quite soft, meaning we didn’t sleep very well. Certainly not the fault of the staff, but someone had been smoking - maybe in the next room. The smell was very strong. I'm not sure if there was also a dog next door, but it was barking intermittently from early morning till we left at 9.30.
