Great location. Ideal location for Southwell racecourse. 15 minute leisurely stroll to the racecourse from the accommodation. Our overnight stay was great from start to finish - easy check in, free car parking, clean tidy and comfortable room. Bathroom, including shower, was clean and modern. The sink was on the small side. Good value for money.

Very nice place to stay and comfortable. Rooms 1 & 2 are downstairs rooms (for those with mobility issues, like me!) The tower fan in my room was great during the very hot weather. Only thing missing really is a small fridge. There are no nearby shops and I brought long life milk with me - it still went off in 2 days. Otherwise, great!
