    4/10 Poor

    Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Room was poorly cleaned, and had multiple maintenance issues. Loose fixtures, screws, chipped flaky paint, & debris from previous stays. I’m not hard to please same time for the price per night. The room was not sufficiently maintained. Hotel was fully booked so disputing the discrepancies was pointless. They claimed to remove the surcharge. Yet I still see it on my account. All that aside, I definitely wanna commend the staff. They were very pleasant and on point with every request staff gets a 20 out of 10 facility gets a two out of 10 would I stay again or recommend for the price definitely not. I’m an avid traveler, and spent many years in the hospitality business. So I understand the job and I’m reasonable on expectations. Thank you to the staff!

Good theater location. Clean rooms. Nice design. Needs a refresh for the price. Towels unraveling at edges. Leather headboard had worn patches. Grout missing in slate shower floors.
