It wasn’t too bad but the amenities were very minimal a vending machine…there are multiple 10 star ratings which must be fake, if you dig deeper you can find multiple really bad ratings… smelled of some kind of sanitizer strongly in the room… it was ok for the lower than usual nyc price, I’m a very seasoned traveler with thick skin so I managed. Checked the mattress for bedbugs, there weren’t any so… I slept a few hours

Clean room and nice shower. Free water in the room and for coffee, you would need to go to the lobby to get it. Subway is like 2 minutes away which is very convenient. Sam at the front desk was very friendly and polite. I would stay there again

I absolutely love the Nova I get a balcony every time. I especially enjoy seeing attractions from my balcony like the Netflix building. The service is AMAZING! The young lady at the desk has been providing great costumer service since day 1 and I’m a regular guest. Kind staff prompt with anything you need, the rooms are clean hallways smell great. Nova for the win!

Hotel itself is nice, but several issues - the room two doors down had music BLARING and i mean as loud as it would go until 4am, and I don’t care about marijuana etc but literally the entire flop from the second you got off the elevator stunk. So I didn’t get to sleep until 5am. There was barely any hot water, and the shower (not sure if it was just my room) but it’s set up completely sideways, like they installed the shower head in the wrong place so you have to shower in a tiny 2 foot corner essentially … my tv didn’t work at all nor did the remote and it wasn’t the batteries it just didn’t turn on…. When i got there i was greeted by very young intoxicated people who were super loud again most of the night there … the fire alarm system went off the entire night bc a sensor was deactivated … it also doesn’t exactly feel secure at the front door. I also asked about where i could park and woke up to a huge ticket. It truly could be a nice little hotel and is very clean for the most part, they just need to maybe train staff a bit better & enforce rules so other guests can at least sleep. I saw at least one other guest leave at 2-3am I’m assuming bc of this as well… i will say the towels were very soft and beds comfy - for the price paid and no deposit needed it isn’t bad but if you need a good nights rest maybe pick a different place … you get what you pay for as they say.

It was below zero with wind chill and our heat went off. We spent all of our time at the hotel in the middle of the night going back and forth with the staff trying to get the heat on. The staff were nice and helpful but i did not want to sleep in a freezing room with a space heater they tried to provide. they didn't give us a new room until I said we will have to sleep in the lobby. BIG bummer. the hotel is nice and otherwise our stay would have been enjoyable. waste of money as we could have driven the 5 hours home and also not slept. we didnt get to bed until after 5am. packing all of our things to move rooms while being exhausted was awful.
