Disappointed stay w/no internet & TV when needed
The property was nice and just what we needed, however we arrived late because our flight was delayed and could not see the address on the building. The owner picked up when I called and guided us to the right apartment. More importantly, the internet service did not work. I corresponded w/owner the next day and asked for a discount on stay, and he didn't respond, which was disappointing, because we have a rental, and always try and accommodate our guest at all cost when things are not working. They did come on the last day Monday, but it was too late for me to get work done, so the internet fix didn't meet my needs. Work deadlines were late, and the owner never offered to discount stay for the inconvenience, even though I showed him the issues, and claimed I was using the wrong username & password.For that reason, I would not recommend anybody to use this place for future stay!Because of that, I would never refer others to stay here. (Ojs)
