This beautiful, classic 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has a splendid top floor beach view and is great space for a small family or two couples to enjoy their New Smyrna Beach vacation. The no-drive beach immediately below allows for peaceful relaxation. From the balcony, the covered sunroom or from the beachfront pool, you can lounge with a fabulous view.

Enjoy the beachfront pool, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and a basketball hoop for outdoor activities on site at the condo. Two gas grills are available for use. Orlando theme parks approx. 1 1/2 hours away, Cape Canaveral approx. 1 1/4hrs away, and Daytona Speedway about 25 minutes away; you're close to so many Florida attractions.

If you want a change from the direct beach access in front of Sunrise, a quick drive South on the inlet is Mary McLeod Bethune Beach Park. A great opportunity to do some bike riding, walk along the shore, and do some dolphin and manatee-watching.
