My daughter and I had a great first trip to New Smyrna Beach. The condo was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Pool and beach area was fantastic!

Get rid of the Nest Thermostat

I'd give it 3.5 stars.Our family travels extensively around the US and in Florida multiple times a year. We came in town to support our daughter in a competition in Daytona Beach. When we arrived, it took a while to figure out how to check in. The office onsite told us they have no records of check-ins and don't help with that. We eventually figured it out, but there's an opportunity for improvement in that process. Overall, the place is fine. It's clean, has a great view, a nice pool, etc. The only downside is that there is nothing in that area as far as food is concerned. You have to drive back into Flagler Beach to find various food options. My biggest gripe, which I know seems petty, is that the Nest Thermostat is trash. While it wasn't "Florida hot" while we were there, it was mid-80s most days, and just trying to cool the place off a little in the evening before bed was a struggle. I wouldn't discourage anyone from staying here based on that. The location and the unit were clean and nice. The thermostat was just a nuisance.

Great Surfside Stay

We have visited NSB and specifically Surfside for decades. This is the best unit we’ve stayed in. Nicely updated, comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful view. We will return!

Relaxed Beachy Vibes With Everything You Need

The Saxon Ave location is one of our favorites, but the units in this stretch can sometimes be a bit outdated and boring -- Not this one! I loved that it had personality and unique modern beach decor. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of space for our family of 4. Our pup came along for the trip, which made it that much better. We are already looking at booking this unit again next year. Definitely the best unit we have stayed in at NSB in the past 20 years!!

I honestly wish I could give this property more than 5 stars. The property was clean and spacious. It was located on a quiet part of the beach and only a short 7ish minute drive from Flagler Ave. Many things, including a Publix, was even closer. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities to make meals. We stayed with 2 adults and 4 kids/preteens. We all fit comfortably. We even decided we wanted to stay longer-I reached out to the property owner, and we were taken care of immediately. One important thing I don’t recall being in the description (I might be wrong-we previewed several) was the fact that both bedrooms are upstairs. This was not a problem for us, but it could be for anyone with mobility issues. We will definitely use this property again.
