Awesome as usual

This is our 2nd stay at this VRBO & we love it. Location, size, check in, communication is all wonderful. The bathroom is in need of a minor facelift as shower is getting a bit old looking but it definitely didn’t deter us from wanting to stay her or book here again

Needs a deep cleaning!

This condo has been recently remodeled as stated in the online listing and is nice, however it is in need of a deep cleaning! The a/c unit is loud inside the condo, and doesn’t keep up welll, according to the note in the condo, you can’t set the a/c below 71 degrees or it will freeze up. So if you are hot natured, this isn’t the space for you! The bar on the property is not open, and doesn’t appear that it has been for quite some time. However there are a lot of nice restaurants/bars within walking distance. The location is wonderful!

Week at the beach

This place was perfect for the 2 of us. We walked the beach everyday, relaxed by the pool in the afternoon and explored Flagler Ave in the evening. Location was right by everything. We loved it there.

Great Place

As described! Perfect for the 3 of us. Loved the balcony and sliders in both rooms. Great communication from the owner and the property manager. Condo, building, grounds and entire area were very nice. Would definitely stay again.

What a perfect place to stay on New Smyrna Beach! Location was great, condo was so bright and nicely decorated and clean. Darrick was right on top of getting us the check in and check out info. Would love to stay there again and would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

This property was breathtaking. I enjoyed the sunrise in the morning. We were close to Flagler Avenue to walk to. Everything is close by; i.e. restaurants, shopping, etc. I would highly recommend this condo.

Awesome Vacation!

My wife and i stayed here for 10 days. We had an amazing time. The room was very well equiped and had an amazing veiw. No need to drive anywhere, shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous Views, close to everything - perfect Christmas getaway!

We booked this for our Christmas getaway, and it was exactly what we needed! The condo was in great condition, nice beachy theme. Overlooks the pool and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. We loved how close everything is, we didnt drive more than a mile while here! Sat on the balcony and enjoyed the waves, swam in the pools, and really enjoyed our time in New Smyrna!

My husband and I had a great time, the ease of check-in, parking, access to the pool and beach were so easy and we didn’t have to walk very far. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook. We will definitely be back.

Very nice place

Except for my last night there where it sounded as someone was doing construction work and i couldn't get in touch with front desk (after hours and not the host's fault). Other than that, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is great and so is the location. I would come back again

Elevators went out very nice place

Both elevators went out when I was checking out. I had to go up down and up three flights of stairs four times to get my luggage out. I have a broken neck that was tough other than that the property was wonderful. Enjoyed ourselves

Relaxing and delightful stay

My husband and I have stayed at other private units at Coconut Palms several times over the past 10 years and every visit has been wonderful. Darrick’s condo was especially accommodating, clean and included a perfect view of the ocean, even from inside the unit. He was quick to respond to my messages and the property manager on site was fantastic. We plan to visit again and again!

Absolutely wonderful stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo is perfect size for 2 people and has a pull-out sofa, if needed. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals, hang by the pool, and spend the day at the beach. We had a small hiccup with the wifi but both the host and staff were super helpful and we got it resolved quickly. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing that I would note is the AC can be bit loud going off and on all night. The views and accommodations are so amazing it more than made up for it!

Great location!

Location is great and an easy walk to Flagler Ave. Nice ocean view and enjoyed sunrise with my coffee daily. Only a couple issues, door lock batteries died twice during visit, we ended up using the emergency key the last day. Also the A/C was a little loud. Overall would definitely stay again.
