Was a little disappointed about the laundry. I thought it was in unit and not coin/card operated. Also was disappointed by the elevator right next to our room being out of service. Overall was an excellent experience and would go back.

We will stay here again for sure the condo was beautiful my husband has muscular dystrophy and the bathroom shower was very nice for his disability , The only thing that would would have liked to see improved is the check in we got there on a Saturday late afternoon and there was no one in the office and no directions left there for customers trying to check in after hours I had to ask a man that could help with how to check in which I felt lucky as he told us how to get in with the lock box on upper part of door. If possible when we come down to stay there again if possible we would like a condo that allows for the sun to be on the deck outside. If you have the exact condo layout for ADA handicap on the on the unit that faces the sun but all in all at was a beautiful condo very updated , I would highly recommend anyone looking for a condo in the area to rent this condo for sure, they will be very pleased. I now know that the instructions for check in was in the paperwork from the rental contact that was my mistake so make sure you read all the the paperwork.Thank youRhonda Cowdrey

We had the BEST stay at this condo in New Smyrna Beach! From the moment we walked in, it felt clean, fresh, and so well taken care of. The space was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed — fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, extra towels, and even little thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.

Perfect Beach Condo

This place was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated, and very clean. Easy access to the beach made for perfect morning and evening walks, and very easy to grab lunch and jump in the pool throughout the day. Restaurants, grocery store and ice cream are an easy walk across the street. It is obvious that the owners and rental company take very good care of the property. The condo had a kitchen stocked with essential cooking equipment and dishes. The family had a great trip.

Clean and comfortable

The condo was clean and looked as presented online. There was an issue as to where we were supposed to park as there were numbered spaces. We guessed and parked close to our condo unit. Also, the elevator was out by our condo and the 1st 3 days we were taking all our stuff up and down 4 floors. The facility did not point out there were other elevators and where they were. One suggestion...balcony table and chairs should be the tall tables and tall chairs so when you are sitting there you are not trying to look thru the bars of the balcony rail but over the top. Also, it would've been nice to know the air conditioner has restrictions on temp during the day and night prior to our stay. Lowest during the day 74 and lowest at night 70.

Flawless!

This property is perfect for my family and me! The cleanliness, the comfort and the extras (there is nothing missing from the kitchen!!) make renting this condo a no-brainer! We love the location and I took a picture of the bathroom in hopes that my home contractor can duplicate! Thank you so much - we hope to be back!!

Loved every single thing about this condo

I don't know where to start. The condo check in was seamless. Overwhelmed with the cleanliness and modern set up. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms were so beautiful - I took pictures for my handyman to try and replicate! Towels, sheets, pillows - all wonderful! We need an extra pool bracelet and the owner was incredibly fast at responding. I hope I can rent THIS CONDO again!
