Hello and welcome! Upon your arrival you'll be greeted by beautiful palm trees followed by a security gate into the property. The unit is located on the first floor which is so convenient! Am I right?! This condo is equipped with 2 beautiful bedrooms which include smart TVs, ceiling fans and 2 bathrooms/showers. Enjoy movie night with a 50 inch smart TV while relaxing on our beautiful new comfy sofa. This amazing kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, beginning with fresh coffee & sunrise veiws of the Atlantic Ocean! This property is located on the “no drive” section of the beach!! Our property has two newly renovated outdoor pools with tables/chairs/umbrellas & 2 shuffle board courts, lounge chairs, outdoor showers and lighted tennis/pickleball court. Elevators are located on the property if needed. NSB has the best downtown area with plenty of local boutiques, coffee shops, bars and world-class dining.
