The hotel itself was very good, clean and modern (though parking is limited). It’s at least an 8 minute walk from the nearest shop so not the most convenient. But overall we had a great stay.

The heritage hotel and the location was really nice. The room was very neat, quite affordable and well kept. However the room was a tad bit small, perhaps limited by the space constraints of down town New Plymouth. Thanks
