Welcome to the Crescent Trio at Louis Park Hotel, a unique offering of 3 private guest houses located in the historic Treme neighborhood, just steps from the French Quarter. The property blends the charm of New Orleans’ rich history with modern luxury, making it ideal for corporate events, weddings, reunions, and large group stays. This collection features a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 5 real beds comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests plus an additional 3 sleeper sofas for a total capacity of 16 guests.

The Three Guest Houses in the Crescent Trio Include:

The Connick Guest House accommodates six guests with two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Its Jack-and-Jill bathroom and courtyard access offer convenience and comfort.

The Kermit Guest House is ideal for up to four guests, featuring a king bedroom, a separate living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and 11-foot ceilings. Direct access to the courtyard complements the space.

The Fountain Guest House accommodates up to six guests with one bedroom offering two queen beds and an attached living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and courtyard access ensures a comfortable stay.

Step outside to enjoy the serene garden, complete with a charming swing, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Located in a private, gated compound, guests also benefit from access to tranquil shared spaces and optional reserved parking.

The Commons, the lobby building at the center of the property, becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026, with a chef-driven menu, cocktails, and courtyard seating, open to hotel guests and the public. It is under construction until then and is not available to guests.

Each guest house includes a microwave and coffee maker; a mini fridge, ice maker, and wine glasses are available on request.
