My family and I stayed at this location for Memorial Day weekend. It was a very clean, spacious, and convenient spot to stay in to have access to downtown events, restaurants, and attractions. The parking was awful. It would’ve been helpful had someone mentioned that there was construction going on so parking was limited. There were ants in certain areas. The Wi-Fi connection was lost on day 2 and was never restored. I contacted the host and nothing was done. There were no cleaning supplies nor was there a broom and dustpan available. My only guess is that they want people to purchase the daily clean up.

So so Stay

The floors were dirty. It appeared nobody had swept or vacuumed the floors as we could see some dirty on the floor. Light bulbs were out. Marks on the walls that could have easily been cleaned off. Refrigerator was broken but serviceable. Tubs for the shower were a little sketchy. We couldn’t find any instructions on how to use some items.

On arrival the door battery had run down, so had to wait for some time to get in. The bed sheets were not clean. The bathroom was not well done … old tub that was repainted. Toilet was dirty with a ring. 1 towel rack over the toilet. 2 nd bedroom had no storage space. Need instructions for the TV. Staff resolved the issues that were resolvable in a timely manner.
