What about tea?

There is no hot water pot or microwave in the room so the only beverage you can make is coffee. To get hot water you request it from the desk and they get you a cup from the kitchen. The restaurant was very nice with reasonably priced food the location was great. The handicap shower caused water to be on the bathroom floor.

Having to pay for parking in a hotel is asking for a bit much. For the price, let alone just staying in a hotel…no one should have to pay for parking there.

Toilet clogged room

I came with my daughter and brother who is a special needs person in a wheelchair. I choose this hotel because it's close to the Smilow cancer center at Yale hospital. My wife has a terminal cancer condition. She's being discharged from the hospital today so she can travel to Florida and resume hospice care there with her family's help. First, the on site restaurant that was supposed to be open from 5 pm to 9 pm was closed at 8 pm. Then the toilet in my room, room 508, was clogged up and didn't flush. The toilet had a very slow drain when it flushed. Thats very unsanitary. I told the front desk and they said that nobody was available to fix the problem. Never got an option of another room. Never got offered a credit towards a future stay or some money off of my bill. Nice hotel but those 2 things really added onto what was already a bad family experience that me, my daughter, my brother, my wife and her family are dealing with.
