Located in a charming neighborhood with private beach access 1/2 mile from the house.

-5 minutes to downtown New Buffalo
-10 minutes to downtown Michigan City
-10 minutes to Lighthouse Premium Outlets
-20 minutes to Indiana Dunes National Park
-within 10 minutes of 2 different casinos

Upstairs:

Please note that you cannot park at the private community beach. You can drive a vehicle there to drop people/things off, or you can walk there.

Please note that this house is close to the time zone line but is in the Easten Time Zone. Check-in is 3:00 pm ET and checkout is 10 am ET

No smoking. No partying.

Please be respectful of the neighbors—quiet hours from 8 pm to 8 am.

Please clean up games/balls/equipment after using.

Fireworks are not allowed at any time on or around the property.

My family and I stayed in this home and it was wonderful. My grandkids loved the downstairs. The property was clean, spacious, and convenient to my dad who lives in Michigan City. We would love to stay here again.
