What can I say.. We booked the honeymoon suite for just one night & I was amazed with the beauty & charm of this room and the hotel. The staff members, namely Sami, Malik and Hilal (manager), just went beyond and above all my expectations. I initially thought Sami is the owner of this place that's how much great service service he provided. I can't express my gratitude in words that's how special they made us and rest of the guests feel. Thank you soooo much guys.

A superb place to enjoy Göreme. Very well located in the center of the village, the hotel offers a great quality stay, with an outside area very well maintained, rooms very comfortable, a really nice breakfast offer and very dedicated and helpful staff.

Wonderful stay. Service is amazing they’ll help you with anything you need and highly organized and responsive over WhatsApp. Couldn’t ask for more. Hotel was cool staying in the caves is a nice experience. Bathroom was super modern even built into the cave. 5 stars. Location is perfect right in the heart of town. Walkable to everything in town.

We chose this hotel because it advertised twin beds. We arrived at the hotel to find the room that we were given was not even within the hotel it was up a goat track at the side of the property (room 317) across from a roost of rosters and chickens and a pile of rubble at the door. We walked in to find 1 bed not two. When we said that we had booked a room with 2 beds they said they don't offer rooms with twin beds. So false advertising. They said that they had sent us an email saying there were no two bed rooms but when I showed them all the mail that we had received from them the staff became rude and insulting. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Sami stayed late past his shift to make sure we arrived in shuttle alright and what else we may need. From before booking, he responded to my inquiries immediately and helped me arranged for the shuttle pickup, confirmed pick up for the hot air balloon ride, and then reserving rooms. Other staffs at breakfast were attentive, foods were fresh and tasty, water offered throughout the day, and they invited us to hang out in the office area while waiting for the taxi ride back to airport which he also set up for us. FIRST CLASS service through and through. Hotel is in Göreme town walkable to the fairly chimneys and many restaurants and shops. We are completely satisfied with our stay. Not just us, I saw and heard other guests offering praise and asked to take pictures with Sami. Beside the excellent services, the place is super clean and modern.

A Perfect Stay at Niche Cave Hotel in Cappadocia

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Niche Cave Hotel in Cappadocia! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s charm and character, blending traditional cave-style architecture with modern comfort. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by the stunning landscapes Cappadocia is known for. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed (a single) was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi was the perfect touch of luxury. The hotel provides plenty of amenities, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, what truly set this place apart was the outstanding service. The manager was exceptional—always friendly, professional, and beyond helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me with last-minute inquiries and managed to book an amazing excursion for me on very short notice. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a great experience is truly commendable.

Wonderful comfortable cave hotel

Beautiful cave hotel. Wonderful friendly staff. Located near the bottom of the hill so easy access although the climb to the top of the hill is essential at least once. The bathrooms have under floor heating - so cosy!! Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend!!!!
