The location was magical. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The spa was beyond exceptional. But the service was unbelievable and what made the visit so memorable. Rose and Burak made us feel like family. Michel -the manager- was ever present and provided outstanding support. If you are in Cappadocia you must stay at Artemis Cave Suites.

Exceptional, high end hotel. Wonderful staff and terrific ambience. Bar/restaurant can get crowded for sunset views from non staying customers, I would suggest prioritizing bookings in this way, with walk-ins on a first come first serve basis. There are a lot of cats on property, very pet friendly, but flagging for those with allergies or phobias.

I will give 0 stars if I could. On June 20, 2025 We had to reschedule our reservation due to the war between Iran and Israel. We were attending a work event that got rescheduled because of the war and we were forced to reschedule our trip to Turkey. Artemis hotel took our money a month earlier and refused to reschedule us for a September stay despite contacting them through Expedia one week prior to our travel date and arrival to the hotel. Basically, we got charged for the 2 nights without receiving any service. It’s very bad experience especially we were NOT asking for a refund. We were simply asking for the ability to reschedule.

Great, spacious room. Within walking distance from the heart of the town, and even to the Göreme Open Air Museum. The hotel has one of the highest terraces in the city, where we watch beautiful sunrises, while enjoying some food and cocktails. The personnel were very cordial and helpful. Ask them for anything and they’ll solve it for you.

Nice little hotel in the centre of Georome .

Excellent location .. very accessible to tie centre of Georome where all the hotels and restaurants are . The open air museum was also a 25 min walk away . Beautiful terrace with views of the sunset and balloons in the morning . We stayed is a suite.. the room and bathroom was spacious and well decorated

They advised about and arranged a hot air balloon ride and arranged transport from the airport. Air conditioning did not work well but they were on top of it. Offered us a fan.
