The 24 m² accommodation is located on the ground floor of a family house newly built in 2022 and consists of a living/bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping chair (folded out with dimensions 77x190 cm and thus suitable for children/young people), a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom and thus offers space for 3 people. The amenities also include high-speed WLAN and a TV. The wifi is suitable for video calls. The apartment also includes a private open terrace. The apartment has a step-free interior. Towels and bed linen are provided.

A parking space is available on the property.

In Neukirch, a 4-minute drive away, there is a supermarket with bakery and post office as well as ATMs. Restaurants and café can also be found in the vicinity. Opposite the accommodation is a farm with a wooden store offering regional products (open daily 7:00-20:00).

The apartment "LandZeit" is located outside of Neukirch in a dreamlike, rural location between Lake Constance and Allgäu and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing stay as well as a good starting point for planned leisure activities. Friedrichshafen, Lindau and Ravensburg can be reached in about 25-30 minutes by car, Wangen im Allgäu and Tettnang in about 13-15 minutes. Lake Constance is about 25 minutes away by car. The Pfänder (Austria) is about 35 minutes away by car and offers a unique view of Lake Constance, Austria, Germany, Switzerland and 240 Alpine peaks.
