Pinomar D is located just 350m from the award winning Burriana beach & within walking distance of the centre of Nerja & the Balcon de Europa.



Part of a small complex of 4 properties sharing the delightful swimming pool & gardens.

An end of terrace villa with 5 bedrooms to sleep 10 people. Access to the villa is via approx 12 steps. Accommodation is on 2 levels, with the lower level comprising spacious air conditioned lounge, 3 bedrooms (a double & 2 twin), a family bathroom with shower & a separate guest washroom. There is also a dining terrace with a gas BBQ on this level.



The upper level comprises the fully fitted kitchen, dining room with access to a spectacular terrace with sea views, a double bedroom also with access to the terrace, another family bathroom with bath & shower over plus another twin bedroom.

From the upper level terrace there is spiral stair access to the roof terrace solarium with sunbeds etc.



Features include air conditioning to all bedrooms, the lounge & the dining room. Free wifi. International TV. Community parking area within the gated complex. All in one of the best locations in Nerja, just a stone's throw from the beach & it's many bars & restaurants.



Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants.

Nice and clean ,great location for beach and shops, lovely walk to the town whick takes about 15 minutes. Would be nice to have sunbeds around pool area plus the wall needs painting. Also coukd do with a parasol on top balcony. Beds and pillows very comfortable
