This newly modernised 2 bedroom house is located in the heart of Nerja, just a stone's throw away from the shops, bars and restaurants in this wonderful resort. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a double sofa bed in the lounge and two bathrooms with capacity for 6 guests.
The house is deceptively spacious inside and even has a small private pool at the rear of the building, a rarity in buildings so centrally located. Guests staying at this property can enjoy being within very short walking distance of the town and beaches.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:

Great villa, excellent location!
We have had several holidays in Nerja and stayed in various villas and locations. This was the best for location - an easy wall into the centre and all the fabulous restaurants.
The house was large, airy and cool and having a small pool in a central location was the icing on the cake. We would definitely book again and highly recommend the house.

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. My husband loved the plunge pool but too cold for me!
The only downside was the bed as it’s very hard but that can be personal choice as many people like a hard bed.
It’s ideally placed for a stroll into the town. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful apartment on quiet street
Incredible apartment in a great location in Nerja. Short easy walk to the center of town and easy access to various beaches in Nerja. The apartment is on a quiet residential street in a very peaceful location. Very modern and spotlessly clean, the apartment is exactly as pictured with all the amenities you could need plus a wonderful little pool in the back. Loved my stay and will definitely be returning soon!

We absolutely loved this apartment, everything about it was first class.The fittings and furnishings were of a v high standard, the host had thought of everything to make our holiday an enjoyable one.The private pool was a big bonus and with such good weather a very welcome one .The appartment was spotless.Maribel was brilliant in dealing with minor issues that popped up , everything was dealt with promptly and efficiently.I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone going to Nerja.Thank You so much for such lovely experience. Fantastic place!
What a fantastic place, close to the shops and beach. The apartment was stunning and the pool was such a bonus. We had the best time there. Highly recommend a visit and stay for 10 days, it's worth it!! The WhatsApp group was really helpful and everyone on there were wonderful. The owners were great and even left us a welcome gift of food and beers, such a great surprise.

The apartment may appear very unassuming from the outside but inside it has everything you need for a great holiday. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the private pool and were impressed by the standard of the decor throughout. Everything was meticulously clean and well presented. We’ll definitely be back!

De t'rès bonnes vacances !
Nous avons passé de fabuleuses vacances à Nerja, notamment grâce aux prestations offertes par cette maison. La location est très récente, très bien entretenue et très bien équipée. La situation géographique est parfaite : à 5 minutes du centre de Nerja, du balcon de l'Europe où de la plage de Carabello. Les contacts avec le loueur ou les propriétaires ont été excellents. Tout a été fait pour que nous passions de superbes vacances et cela a été le cas. Merci à Maribel, Joaquin et Ana pour leur gentillesse.
