⭐️ Booking Conditions & Notes

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.



• Access - Access is via a steep but safe & easy to drive private lane-way. The transition from this lane way to the parking deck is not suitable for low-clearance vehicles & it may be necessary to take care to angle some vehicles when crossing the ramp to the parking deck.



• Parking - There is off-street parking for up to 3 regular cars at the property. There is no nearby street parking & neighbouring properties must not be used for parking or turning.

• Boat parking, trailer & camper-van parking are not permitted at this property. Please seek a commercial boat storage option if needed.



• Personal home - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.



• Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the parking/driveway and main entrance area along with the back garden entrance area.



⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
