I'm a HI fan - I like the bedding and the breakfasts. We pulled in here at 9 pm, having decided last minute to stop. Since the Hilton site was glitchy I made the reservation on Hotels.com. Being a Hilton Honors member, I mentioned that we were HH to Jacinda as we were checking in. She said it didn't matter since we made the reservation on a third party site, so no snack/water bag and she did not attach the stay to our account, which know can be done. I asked her where to park since all of the spots were marked as "clean air" or for Diamond members. She looked at me as if I were stupid and said, "In a spot." I could've done without the attitude from someone who clearly forgot for a moment that she works in hospitality. At any rate, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. John, who checked us out, was really nice. I wouldn't stay here again because of reception we got. There are too many other choices in Needles. Also, the next night we stayed in another Hampton Inn - this time in Santa Fe. Guess what? They were courteous at check in, applied the stay to my Hilton Honors points (even though I had to use Hotels.com again - wifi is spotty in the desert I guess), and gave us a snack bag.

Cleanness was ok, amenities was good. The heater/cooler was not user friendly. They didn’t provide tissues and we asked for it. It was close to highway and we could clearly hear the trucks passing by.

The room was up to date, clean, comforting beds. Absolutely no complaints! Breakfast was good and convenient. Good coffee. Excellent staff. Front desk have us ,asked for, suggestions for dinner which was right next store. Food was good!

At the time about 6pm I arrived parking lot was so quit and not many cars were parked, I thought I’m in a wrong address; I walked toward entrance no light from inside were visible from outside, anyway I pulled the door and all ok Venessa welcomed us.

Stay here. This was the clean easy, most spacious, and comfortable room our entire trip. We commend the staff for keeping this site so well maintained and with such friendly efficient staff. Stay here and you will wish all hotel rooms were this nice.

The room itself was excellent. It was spacious, but still cozy. The big plus was how clean it all was. We commend the cleaning staff. I have been in many hotels/motels of differing costs and companies. This was super clean. THANK YOU. Breakfast was the usual prepackaged choice. Don't bother with eggs that bad. Better options like pastry or anything else. Fruit was not very fresh either. However, the coffee was not as bad as it could be and it was okay. If stopping in Needles, stay here.
