The house is lovely. When we arrived there was Christmas music playing a a pie on the counter! It may have been the best arrival to a rental ever. The house is well stocked with everything you will need. It is private and quiet which is always relaxing. The hosts were super friendly and responsive.

Wonderful stay

Great property. The house has been beautifully remodeled and the outdoor space is fantastic with a number of areas to kick back. The owners were also incredibly hospitable, checking in to ensure we were having a good time and even leaving fresh caught crab in a trap for us. Great property and great stay.

Breathtaking

We loved our stay at Durham-Hythe. My family spent Christmas here and we loved every minute of it. Thank you to the owners who made our stay one to remember. We hope to visit again.

The house needed to be updated especially the kitchen, bathrooms and floor. only one TV in the room off of the kitchen area and you could not watch movies without commercials interfering the movies. No power room. If you had to use a bathroom you had to go into one of the bedroom bathrooms. The outside of the house was amazing. The view was spectacular. The pool area was delightful. One of the best pool we have ever experience. All in all our family had an enjoyable vacation.

Great place for a family weekend

Best Eastern Shore Experience

We absolutely loved our time here. It was spacious, quiet, and beautiful. Waking up and seeing bald eagles was an extra special bonus. Matt was wonderful to work with. The house and setting fit our family well.

Perfect spot for families with young kids

We had a wonderful stay here. The house has a really functional kitchen so we were able to cook a lot of meals here. The pool was perfect for young swimmers (decent sized shallow end) and we loved hanging out on the dock, crabbing and kayaking. With plenty of adult bikes, we took a trip each morning to the playground too. We hope to be back!

Everyone loved the house. The house was nicely decorated, all new appliances and great location.

I would definitely rent this house again. The grandkids loved the property. There was plenty to do - swimming, crabbing and playing the games in the garage.

Beautiful and spacious vacation rental

We loved our family vacation. The house has beautiful views of the water and is stunning. The property is magnificent too. Beautiful yard with hammocks and a swimming pool, plus 2 kayaks for use . Highly recommend !!!

Great Stay Outside St Michael

What a lovely and beautiful place. You will not be disappointed. We loved the privacy and overall peacefulness of the area. If you want to disconnect and relax, would be hard to do better than this property and Matt was GREAT.

Perfect Property on the Bay

We can't say enough about how much we loved our stay at the estate. So many wonderful areas for spending time together or alone with a good book. Unbeatable water views. Perfectly appointed bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful property!

We had the best time when we stayed here. House is beautifully decorated & had anything & everything you needed to relax & escape life for a few days! We are already planning a trip for next year! The property owners were super helpful & quickly responded when we had any questions. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it!

Relaxing on the Waterfront

This was a beautiful property with a great location. We enjoyed cooking and dining at this home. We also had a lot of fun kayaking and fishing. We really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit near the water in the early evening. We look forward to coming back to this property.

Immaculate, cozy, family friendly home with breathtaking waterfront views.

This house was the perfect place for an end of summer vacation. It was calm and relaxing, and complete with just about anything we would need or want. The owners were very friendly, and helpful, and just a text away if we had a question about somethung at the house. We look forward to coming back!

Amazing Vacation House

If you are looking for a great house for 3-4 couples to get away for a few days, look no further! Great layout, clean, new with beautiful property. Has a gorgeous pool and right on the water. has a very cool outdoor fireplace, fire pit and very responsive owners! Go with family or firends, you won't regret it!
