Beautiful getaway town home with gorgeous white sand beach access! The Sugar Beach complex is a family friendly complex located right on the beautiful, white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Our 2 bedroom town home is part of Sugar Beach, which is an intimate U shaped complex with a heated pool right in the center. There are only a few units sharing our stunning beach while nearby resorts have over 200 units sharing their beachfront.

While our unit does not have a gulf view, the beach and heated pool are conveniently only steps away. You also have the bonus of a private patio complete with patio table, chairs, and umbrella. You get the best of both worlds outdoors!

Inside you can relax in our open floor plan with kitchen, dining, living area (with full size pull out) and half bath downstairs. Upstairs, you will have access to a master bedroom with king bed and a second bedroom with two queen beds. A roll away bed is available upon request. Also upstairs is a large bathroom with double vanity and full sized laundry facilities. FREE Cable and WIFI are included throughout the unit.

You won't have to bring a thing as we have thought of everything and have it included for you. We even have movies and games for your enjoyment. Navarre is one of Florida's Best Kept Secrets...ENJOY!

It’s a really great place your own little outdoor area - easy to get to and from the beach. Close to restaurants, shops, etc., but away from all the traffic and noise. If you’re staying in Navarre, this is the place! It’s so close to the beach, has all the needed beach supplies, and there’s a pool to cool off in that’s literally right across the parking lot. The unit is very quiet since it’s an end unit, and the blackout curtains are a much appreciated touch in the master bedroom! The fact that the unit is two stories, with the bedrooms upstairs, is so convenient— no need to worry about neighbors upstairs or downstairs! Would stay here again!

Our stay was fabulous! This is our 2nd annual Navarre vacation and there will definitely be a third! We love staying in this little condo setting, the pool is great and the location to the beach can’t be beat. Having the top and bottom level you never have to worry if you’re too noisy or if the neighbors are going to be too noisy. Highly recommend this location!
